Born in the Lindi Region in 2003, Musa Tepene began his educational journey in 2010 at Tandangongoro Primary School. In 2017, he pursued his secondary education at Ng'apa Secondary School, where he completed his Ordinary Level studies. He then advanced to Ndanda Boys High School located in Ndanda Masasi in Mtwara Region for his Advanced Level education before joining National Institute of Transport Main campus Dar Es Salaam in 2023 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transport Management.
